Im Zuge der Neugestaltung des Forster Museums für Textil- und Industriegeschichte Lausitz wird die Dauerausstellung komplett überarbeitet und thematisch erweitert. Den Abschluss des Rundgangs bildet ein Themenraum zur Zukunft der Energieregion Lausitz. In diesem Bereich werden die Inhalte in Kooperation mit der Fraunhofer Einrichtung für Energieinfrastrukturen und Geotechnologien IEG in Cottbus entwickelt.
Es handelt sich um die Umsetzung mehrerer Mitmachstationen.
