In dit dossier worden in perceel 1 tem 3 drie types isolatiemeters in de markt gezet: 1000V, 5000V en 25kV. Deze toestellen worden gebruikt om kabelfouten op te sporen in geval van storingen en om nieuw geïnstalleerde kabels en moffen te testen. In perceel 4 wordt een fase-identificatietoestel in de markt gezet (ook wel fase-uitkleurtoestel genoemd).

Dit is een meettoestel dat helpt om in een driefasig hoogspanningsnet te bepalen welke kabel of ader bij fase 1, fase 2 en fase 3 hoort.
