De werken omvatten het renoveren van de platte daken van bouwdelen 10 – 15 en 45 – 47 (7.200 m²). Het bestaande dakpakket wordt verwijderd tot op de drager. Vervolgens wordt de drager voorbereid alvorens de nieuwe dakopbouw te plaatsen.
