De kern van de aanbesteding betreft het aangaan van een samenwerking waarin enerzijds een actieve begeleiding wordt gefaciliteerd in het behalen van interne (duurzaamheids-)doelstellingen op het gebied van afvaldienstverlening (zie Beschrijvend document par. 1.10) en anderzijds het uitvoeren van de standaarddiensten omtrent afvalverwerking. Dit houdt in het leveren en wisselen van containers met een vastgestelde frequentie voor de afvalstromen restafval, papier/karton en vertrouwelijk papier. Ook het reinigen van containers valt binnen de scope van de opdracht.
De geraamde opdrachtwaarde is €600.000,- gebaseerd op de maximale looptijd van de Overeenkomst van zes (6) jaar. Zie Beschrijvend document par. 2.4.
