Description
Het doel van de aanbesteding is het aangaan van een raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer voor de leveringen van ICT Hardware, waarbij de aanbestedende dienst de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving(en) selecteert. De raming van de opdrachten gedurende de gehele looptijd van de raamovereenkomst, inclusief alle verlengingsopties, bedraagt maximaal € 13.700.000 exclusief btw. Voor de verwerving van de managed printservices raamt de aanbestedende dienst aanvullend € 1.200.000 voor de totale looptijd, inclusief de verlengingsopties.
Naast deze ramingen hanteert de aanbestedende dienst een onzekerheidsfactor van circa 45 procent, onder meer vanwege marktontwikkelingen, fluctuaties in vervangingsbehoefte en mogelijke technologische veranderingen. Daarmee komt de maximale waarde van de opdracht op € 20.000.000
