Hankinnan kohteena ovat Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy:n tilaamat laboratoriopalvelut, jotka sisältävät laboratoriotutkimusten analysointia ja niiden tulosten välittämisen sähköisesti. Tilaaja hankkii ne laboratoriotutkimukset Toimittajilta, jotka eivät kuulu Tilaajan omaan tuotantoon. "Laboratoriotutkimus" tarkoittaa Toimittajan suorittamaa analysointia Tilaajan asiakkaan näytteestä (aivo-selkäydinnestenäyte, kokoverinäyte, seeruminäyte, plasmanäyte, virtsanäyte tmv).
Hankinta on jaettu 15 osa-alueeseen. Osatarjoukset osa-alueittain ovat sallittuja. Osatarjoukset osa-alueen sisällä eivät ole sallittuja osa-alueissa A - N.
Osa-tarjoukset tutkimuksittain ovat sallittuja osa-alueessa O. Sopimus alkaa arviolta syksyllä 2026, sopimuskausi on voimassa 31.12.2028 saakka. Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa varsinaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen toistaiseksi voimassa olevana.
Poikkeuksena osa-alueesta N, tutkimus B-PEth sopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi. Tutkimus tullaan ottamaan omaan tuotantoon noin vuoden sisällä sopimuksen alkamisesta.
