De opdracht omvat het leveren en indienststellen van een onbemand oppervlaktevaartuig (Unmanned Surface Vessel, hierna afgekort als USV) voor hydrografische metingen. De USV dient inzetbaar te zijn op meerdere locaties en wijzes. De levering zal bestaan uit meerdere onderdelen: een USV met navigatie en communicatieapparatuur, een trailer, specifieke bedieningssoftware en allerlei randapparatuur zoals beschreven in de technische specificaties van dit bestek.
De leverancier dient daarnaast de installatie en integratie van de door de aanbestedende overheid aangeleverde hydrografische apparatuur te voorzien. Ook dient er opleiding voorzien te worden voor het gebruik van de USV en dient een waarborgperiode van 2 jaar gegarandeerd te worden. Er dient ook ondersteuning voorzien te worden gedurende de waarborgperiode.
