26/02030 Framework agreement for the procurement of consultancy services within public procurements - The Norwegian Health Network SF

Norsk helsenett SF (hereafter called the contracting authority) is a government company owned by the Ministry of Health and Care Services. Our task is to develop, administer and operate national e-health systems and infrastructure. The contracting authority is responsible for national e-health services such as e-prescription, helsenorge.no, Core journal and basic data.

The contracting authority also provides services within ICT, procurements and archives for the entities in health management. The contracting authority has locations in Trondheim (the main office), Oslo, Tromsø, Moss and Svalbard. The framework agreement shall cover the need for assistance within the following sub-areas: operative implementation of procurement advice and/or implementation of security/and security graded procurement advice and/or implementation of sustainable procurement strategic development of the procurement area The Contracting Authority shall be the contract party in the framework agreement.

As an option, other entities in the health management can join the contract if needed during the entire contract period. See the tender documentation/provisions for further information.
