Einführung eines neuen cloudbasierten und zukunftssicheren Reisekostenabrechnungs- und Kostenerstattungssystems in der KfW und IPEX. Die neue SaaS Lösung soll das aktuelle Reisekostenabrechnungstool (SAP HCM TRV) ablösen. Wesentliche Funktionalitäten: - Erfassung und Verwaltung von Reisekosten und Kostenerstattungen - Genehmigungs- und Freigabeworkflows - Reporting und Transparenz - Belegmanagement und Automatisierung - Steuer- und Lohnsteuerrelevante Anforderungen - Betrugs- und Fehlererkennung - Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzept - Löschkonzept - App für den Einsatz auf mobilen Endgeräten Das Tool soll die Abwicklung des gesamten Prozess der Reisekosten- und Spesenabrechnung digital, effizient und revisionssicher, von der Erfassung, über die Genehmigung, Prüfung und Freigabe der zu erstattenden Kosten umfassen.
Zudem soll es das regulatorisch verpflichtende E Rechnungsformat und detailliertes Reporting bieten für mehr Transparenz sowie Einhaltung der Compliance.
