Description
Leistungsgegenstand ist die Belieferung der Betriebsstellen der Hochschulgastronomie mit Heißgetränken. Ziel ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen. Laufzeit 01.11.2026 bis 31.10.2028 - mit Option auf Verlängerung um 2 x 1 Jahr.
Preisanpassungen können gemäß der Preisgleitklausel in 3-monatigem Intervall vorgenommen werden. Die Kündigungsfrist beträgt 5 Monate zum Vertragsende. Wird diese nicht genutzt, verlängert sich der Vertrag automatisch um ein weiteres Jahr.
Der Vertrag endet automatisch spätestens am 31.10.2030, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Der Vertrag endet, wenn das Gesamtkontingent i. H. v. 750.000,00 (netto) erreicht ist, auch vor Ablauf der o. g.
Fristen.
