Serviciile de supraveghere a lucrărilor sunt necesare pentru asigurarea verificării execuției la parametrii optimi a lucrărilor de construcții și instalații (inclusiv întocmirea cărții tehnice). Sunt necesare servicii, prin agenți economici de consultanță specializați, respectiv diriginți de specialitate (un diriginte pentru construcții și/sau un diriginte pentru instalații), pe tot parcursul lucrărilor, în conformitate cu Legea nr. 10/1995 privind calitatea în construcţii, cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Procedura ce se va derula pe o perioadă de maximum 24 de luni, repartizată pe 3 loturi: LOTUL I - “Servicii de supraveghere a lucrărilor de construcții și instalații la Imobile U.B aflate în București”, Lot II - “Servicii de supraveghere a lucrărilor de construcții și instalații la Imobile U.B monumente istorice (sau aflate în zone protejate)”, Lot III - “Servicii de supraveghere a lucrarilor de constructii si instalatii la Imobile U.B aflate în afara orașului București”.
