Im Juni 2024 wurde die Einführung einer Software zur vorschulischen Feststellung und Förderung sprachlicher Kompetenzen als Pilotprojekt beauftragt. Basierend auf den Erfahrungen dieses Pilotprojekts wird nun mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung die landesweite Einführung einer entsprechenden Software beabsichtigt. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Leistungsbeschreibung sind alle Dienstleistungen und Arbeiten des Auftragnehmenden zur Bereitstellung, Einführung und dem Betrieb einer Software zur vorschulischen Feststellung und Förderung sprachlicher Kompetenzen bei allen Grundschulen in NRW.
