Das Landesamt für Flüchtlingsangelegenheiten hat die Betriebsleistung für Flüchtlingsunterkünfte vergeben. Hierzu wurde die bereits am 02.10.2025 bekanntgegebene Vergabemaßnahme (Veröffentlichungsnummer der Bekanntmachung: 649813-2025) in den Stand vor Angebotsöffnung zurückversetzt. Aus technischen Gründen war es leider erforderlich, dies unter einer neuen Vergabenummer auszuschreiben.
Der Betreiber ist hierbei für die Verwaltung der Unterkunft, die Aufnahme und Unterbringung der von dem Auftraggeber zugewiesenen Personen, die soziale Beratung und Betreuung der zugewiesenen Personen, die Versorgung sowie die Bewirtschaftung der Unterkunft verantwortlich. Die Verpflegung der zugewiesenen Personen ist nicht Gegenstand der Leistungserbringung.
