Käesoleva dünaamilise hankesüsteemi eesmärk on võimaldada hankijal soetada alajaamade rajamiseks, rekonstrueerimiseks ja hoolduseks vajalikke seadmeid ja komponente. Hange hõlmab seadmeid, mida kasutatakse eelkõige 330kV ja 110kV alajaamade ehitamisel, laiendamisel, rekonstrueerimisel ning käidul hoidmisel. Dünaamilise hankesüsteemi raames soetatakse muu hulgas, kuid mitte ainult, kõrgepingeseadmeid, primaar- ja sekundaarseadmeid, juhtimis- ja kaitsesüsteemide komponente, mõõte- ja abiseadmeid ning muid alajaamade toimimiseks vajalikke seadmeid ja tarvikuid.
