Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beschaffung fachlicher Unterstützungsleistungen zur weiteren technischen Konkretisierung und Bewertung des deutschen Abschnitts (HYBHC) im Projekt "Baltic Sea Hydrogen Collector" (BHC). Die zu vergebenden Leistungen dienen dazu, die vorhandenen Projektgrundlagen zu systematisieren, wesentliche technische, räumliche, sicherheitsbezogene und genehmigungsrelevante Randbedingungen zu untersuchen und daraus belastbare Grundlagen für die weitere Projektentwicklung abzuleiten. Im Mittelpunkt steht nicht die Umsetzung baulicher Maßnahmen, sondern die vorbereitende fachliche Durchdringung zentraler Fragestellungen, die für die spätere Planung, Bewertung und Entscheidungsfindung erforderlich sind.
Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sollen damit einen Beitrag leisten, den Reifegrad des Vorhabens zu erhöhen, Risiken frühzeitig einzuordnen und die nächsten Projektphasen strukturiert vorzubereiten.
