Le présent marché concerne les études APD (Avant-projet détaillé) et EXE (Projet d’exécution) relatifs au projet de la suppression du passage à niveau PN105 à Kayl faisant l’intersection de la rue de Schifflange avec la ligne ferroviaire de Noertzange à Rumelange au PK 6,216. Le projet prévoit :

L’aménagement d’un souterrain pour la mobilité active
L’aménagement de plans inclinés et d’escaliers de part et d’autre des voies ferrées pour la mobilité active.

Le projet se fait en concertation avec le projet de la mise à double voie de la rue Michel réalisé par l’Administration des ponts et chaussées.
