Le présent marché porte sur une mission complète d’auteur de projet. Le projet de rénovation des logements sociaux « blocs gris » a pour objectif la rénovation complète de l’enveloppe des bâtiments, le rafraichissement de l’intérieur des logements (rénovation superficielle) ainsi que l’amélioration de leurs performances énergétiques. Un des enjeux majeurs du futur aménagement des espaces non bâtis sera de permettre une réappropriation des espaces extérieurs par les habitants du site mais aussi du quartier, tout en conservant leur caractère végétal et paysager.
Il s’agit d’un chantier en site occupé. L’organisation et/ou le phasage du chantier doit pouvoir garantir la sécurité des locataires et la viabilité des logements occupés.
