Description
Deze opdracht betreft de inzameling en de verwerking van het klein gevaarlijk afval binnen de Intercommunales Interza en Incovo. Deze dienstverlening kadert binnen de aanvaardingsplicht van huishoudelijk verpakkingsafval door Fost Plus, overeenkomstig het Samenwerkingsakkoord. Daartoe heeft de aanbestedende overheid een overeenkomst afgesloten met Fost Plus, de erkende organisatie voor huishoudelijk verpakkingsafval.
Fost Plus zal ook instaan voor de vergoeding van de prestaties met betrekking tot het verpakkingsgedeelte van de gevaarlijke afvalstromen die door de dienstverlener worden geleverd in het kader van deze opdracht.
