Description
The main aim of the project is to map immigrant women's labour market participation in both the short and long term, as well as examine what might explain their (missing) labour market participation. Furthermore, the project shall specifically look at what can contribute to a higher number of newly arrived women with an escape background coming to work/education through, or afterwards, participation in the introduction program, and how this can be maintained over time.
