Description
Deze opdracht betreft een unilaterale raamovereenkomst waarbij de voorwaarden van de dienstverlening worden overeen gekomen, die zullen worden in acht genomen bij het uitvoeren van de latere opdrachten. De raamovereenkomst schept een contractueel kader met betrekking tot het vastleggen van de voorwaarden van individuele opdrachten betreffende het aanstellen van ICT-profielen voor opdrachten met diverse looptijd, die worden uitgevoerd voor Farys, de aandeelhouders/partners van Creat en de deelnemers van TMVS. Op grond van de gesloten overeenkomst zal de weerhouden inschrijver tijdens de looptijd ervan dezelfde voorwaarden (cf. algemene tarieflijst en cataloog) aanbieden aan alle mogelijke afnemers.
De raamovereenkomst zal met 1 opdrachtnemer gesloten worden. De raamovereenkomst wordt afgesloten voor een periode van 4 jaar. De onderliggende opdrachten kunnen diverse looptijden hebben, weliswaar telkens beperkt tot een maximum looptijd van 4 jaar.
De theoretisch maximale waarde van de aanbesteding bedraagt € 3 750 000 (excl; btw). Merk op dat de opgegeven waarde van de (winnende) offerte het resultaat is van een prijsbeoordelingsmatrix.
