Η παρούσα Σύμβαση αφορά στην αγορά υπηρεσιών Υπεύθυνου Επικοινωνίας / Διαχειριστή Επικοινωνιακών Κρίσεων και Δημόσιας Εικόνας των Υπηρεσιών Κοινωνικής Ευημερίας (ΥΚΕ) με σκοπό την ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση ενός θετικού περιβάλλοντος για τις ΥΚΕ, που να ενισχύει την επιτυχή υλοποίηση και βιωσιμότητα των δράσεων της Αναδιάρθρωσης των ΥΚΕ. Θετικό περιβάλλον για τις ΥΚΕ, περιλαμβάνει, μεταξύ άλλων, τη θετική εικόνα των ΥΚΕ, την αποκατάσταση της εικόνας αυτής σε περιόδους κρίσης και την ελαχιστοποίηση τυχόν αρνητικών επιπτώσεων. Η Σύμβαση εντάσσεται στο Έργο «Αναδιάρθρωση των Υπηρεσιών Κοινωνικής Ευημερίας» το οποίο υλοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του Προγράμματος Πολιτικής Συνοχής «ΘΑλΕΙΑ 2021-2027» με τη συγχρηματοδότηση της ΕΕ.
