L'objectif du présent appel d'offres est de progresser dans la mise en œuvre de la feuille de route de l'UDE (service EGNSS pour l'UAS), en particulier en mettant l'accent sur la phase 2 - soutien aux opérations de bout en bout sur la base des activités antérieures de la Commission pour la définition du service pour l'UAS. Le présent marché aidera la Commission européenne à atteindre ses objectifs de soutien au développement d'un service EGNSS (c'est-à-dire EGNOS et Galileo) pour l'UAS, en particulier la version 1.0 du service permettant les opérations SAIL III nécessitant un service de positionnement et de synchronisation à haut niveau non seulement pour la navigation, mais également pour d'autres services U-Space.
