Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor aanneming van diensten. Dit contract moet een oplossing bieden voor partijen grond en bagger- en ruimingsspecie die om diverse redenen niet kunnen afgevoerd en verwerkt worden in de lopende en toekomstige infrastructuur- of onderhoudsbestekken van de aanbestedende overheid.
