Il s'agit d'un marché conjoint (IDELUX Projets publics - Commune de Chiny) portant sur la désignation d'un auteur de projet pour une importante rénovation énergétique du bâtiment de l’Administration communale de Chiny (Château du Faing) dans le cadre de la programmation « FEDER 2021-2027 – Mesure 8 ». Le bâtiment et ses alentours, sis à la Rue du Faing, 10 à 6810 Chiny, comportent certaines parties classées selon l’arrêté du 18 février 1997 au patrimoine protégé par l’administration wallonne. Le soumissionnaire a l’obligation de visiter les lieux concernés afin d’appréhender toutes les conditions particulières d’exécution du présent marché.

Les dates de visite sont fixées :

  • Mercredi 21 octobre 2026 à 10h00
  • Mercredi 28 octobre 2026 à 13h30
  • Mercredi 04 novembre 2026 à 13h30
  • Vendredi13 novembre 2026 à 13h30 Ces dates pourraient être amenées à évoluer selon les besoins.
