De opdracht heeft tot voorwerp: Raamovereenkomst voor transportdiensten tussen magazijnen en tussen andere locaties, logistieke en warehousingdiensten. Er zal een raamovereenkomst afgesloten worden met 1 deelnemer (per perceel). De opdracht heeft een initiële looptijd van 1 jaar, te rekenen vanaf de datum vermeld bij de sluiting van de opdracht.
Na het verstrijken van deze initiële looptijd kan de opdracht 3 maal verlengd worden met een periode van 1 jaar. De verlenging houdt in dat de contractuele voorwaarden ongewijzigd blijven. Deze verlenging verloopt stilzwijgend, behoudens een andersluidend aangetekende zending van De Watergroep uiterlijk 3 maanden vóór het verstrijken van de looptijd van de opdracht.
