Ziekenhuis VITAZ vzw wenst over te gaan tot de aankoop, levering, installatie en indienststelling van 8 couveuses en één compatibele transport-shuttle voor zijn nieuwe afdeling Neonatologie. Bovendien wenst de aanbesteder voor de apparatuur een onderhoudscontract van het type "preventief onderhoud" af te sluiten vanaf het aflopen van de waarborgtermijn tot zolang de apparatuur operationeel is bij de aanbesteder.

De opdracht gaat ook gepaard met de overname van de huidige couveuses.
