Het voorwerp van deze opdracht is een raamovereenkomst tussen de aanbestedende overheid en de opdrachtnemer met een vaste bestelling voor 3.000 examinandi (respectievelijk 2.700 voor energiedeskundigen type A en 300 voor energiedeskundige type D op basis van de inschatting van de eerste 18 maanden en maximaal drie bijkomende bestellingen van elk maximaal 1.000 examinandi (respectievelijk 600 voor energiedeskundige type A en 400 voor energiedeskundige type D voor de volgende periode)). Deze raamovereenkomst betreft dus enkel de algemene aanstelling van de opdrachtnemer en staat, onder andere wat betreft de duur, evenwel los van de afzonderlijke opdrachten (opzetten, organiseren en beheren van examens voor kandidaat en erkende energiedeskundigen type A en voor kandidaat en erkende energiedeskundige type D) die op basis ervan worden gegeven.
