Description
In het kader van grootschalige projecten zoekt de Universiteit Antwerpen (departement Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen) een dienstverlener voor het sequencen van humane stalen. Dit specifiek door het uitvoeren van deep metagenomic shotgun sequencing op DNA geïsoleerd uit humane stalen. De service is inclusief kwaliteitscontrole van het geleverde DNA, sequencing library voorbereiding, shotgun metagenomic sequencing (~45Gbp/sample (2x150 PE)), kwaliteitscontrole van de ruwe sequencing data, eerste verwerking van de ruwe data waarin sequencing reads met te lage kwaliteit verwijderd worden en bezorging van de ruwe data.
DNA zal geëxtraheerd worden uit humane stalen. Na afloop van de DNA extracties, zullen de DNA stalen worden opgestuurd naar de dienstverlener voor de analyse (i.e., deep metagenomic shotgun sequencing). Alle services zullen worden uitgevoerd op DNA van humane stalen.
De verzending van de DNA stalen naar de dienstverlener zal worden uitgevoerd door de Universiteit Antwerpen.
