Dit aankoopdossier betreft de diverse schoonmaakdiensten voor de gebruikers van de ‘niet net-gebonden’ gebouwen van Fluvius, verspreid over gans Vlaanderen. Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor diensten in de zin art. 2, 21° van de Wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016. Het aankoopdossier bestaat uit 3 percelen:
- Perceel 1: Reguliere en specifieke eenmalige en periodieke schoonmaakdiensten incl. glaswas, sanitaire attributen, antistofmatten en hygiënische containers voor alle gebouwen
- Perceel 2: Audit op schoonmaak
- Perceel 3: Ongediertebestrijding Per perceel zal een raamovereenkomst afgesloten worden met 1 inschrijver. In deze eerste stap van de procedure kan men zich kandidaat stellen voor één of meerdere percelen. De kandidaat vermeldt voor welk perceel of percelen hij zich kandidaat stelt op het formulier voor aanvraag tot deelneming.
