Deze aanbesteding betreft een opdracht voor de levering van producten als bedoeld in artikel 2 van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende overheidsopdrachten, gepubliceerd in het Belgisch Staatsblad van 14 juli 2016 (hierna: "Aanbestedingswet"). Het betreft de levering en indiensstelling van apparatuur voor het onderzoek en de ontwikkeling van industriële schaalbaarheid van verschillende nanotechnologische toepassingen (hierna: "het Toestel"). Het gereedschap zal worden gebruikt voor het verlijmen van wafers met behulp van een permanent of tijdelijk hechtmateriaal / lijm.
Het verlijmingsproces bestaat uit meerdere stappen: spincoaten, bakken/uitharden en verlijmen.
