Description
Het doel van de aanbesteding is de acquisitie van een ALD (atomaire laag deponering)-toestel dat in staat is tot zowel plasma- als thermische depositie van dunne lagen van verschillende materialen op zowel vlakke als poreuze substraten. Het apparaat zal worden aangesloten op een kleine handschoenenkast en een PC.
