Voorliggende dienstverleningsopdracht omvat voornamelijk het onderhoud, de wachtdienst en de totale waarborg mbt de collectieve en individuele cv-installaties, de warmwaterbereiding, de regenwaterpompen, de sanitaire installaties, dompelpompen, zonneboilers in het patrimonium van Woonmaatschappij Dender-Zuid. Het patrimonium van Woonmaatschappij Dender-Zuid omvat volgende werkingsgebieden: Aalst, Lede, Erpe-Mere, Geraardsbergen, Ninove, Denderleeuw, Haaltert en Wichelen. Alle bestaande installaties werden opgenomen in de meetstaat.
Wat betreft de ingehuurde woningen (+/- 540 installaties) zal eerst nog een akkoord gevraagd worden aan de eigenaars. Deze worden dus opgenomen onder voorbehoud van dit akkoord. Deze kunnen mogelijks nog verwijderd worden uit de meetstaat.
Zie ook I.4 : er kan geen schadevergoeding gevraagd worden indien de vermoedelijke hoeveelheden niet worden bereikt. Het betreft een raamovereenkomst voor een periode van 2 jaar, met de mogelijkheid deze éénmalig voor 2 jaar te verlengen.
