Vlabinvest apb wenst een voormalig kantoorgebouw te Halle te renoveren met het oog op de realisatie van een zorgcampus. Middels onderhavige overheidsopdracht wenst de aanbestedende overheid één opdrachtnemer aan te stellen die kan voorzien in een Design, Build, Finance, Maintain en Operate formule (hierna: opdrachtnemer) en waarna een DBFMO-overeenkomst gesloten zal worden. Voor de opdracht wordt gestreefd naar een haalbare huurformule voor de zorgpartners.
