Overeenkomstig de wet van 4 augustus 1996 betreffende het welzijn van de werknemers bij de uitvoering van hun werk en de latere wijzigingen en uitvoeringsbesluiten moet de opdrachtgever beroep doen op een externe dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk. Dit houdt o.a. in: gezondheidstoezicht werknemers, psychosociale aspecten, risicobeheersing verschillende expertises veiligheid en gezondheid, milieu, enz. . Deze opdracht betreft het aanstellen van een Externe Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming op het werk vanaf 1/01/2025.
