De opdracht betreft de aankoop van diesel en benzine voor het wagenpark van IDM aan tankstations via tankkaarten in minstens alle Belgische tankstations van de brandstofdistributeur en/of het partnernetwerk ervan, waarvan minimaal 3 zich in het werkingsgebied van IDM dienen te bevinden. Derhalve moeten de tankstations toegankelijk zijn voor zowel personenwagens, bestelwagens en vrachtwagens. Het (digitale) beheer van de tankkaarten en brandstofverbruik maakt eveneens deel uit van deze opdracht.

De bevoorradingszekerheid is 24/24 uur en 7/7 dagen. Leveringsplaats: Levering via tankstations in het werkingsgebied van IDM (Lochristi, Lokeren, Moerbeke, Wachtebeke, Zele en Zelzate), 9160 Lokeren
