Une estimation financière a été établie pour les 2 lots sur la base des commandes réalisées au cours des exercices budgétaires 2024 et 2025 pour les institutions, ainsi que des formulaires d'estimation complétés par les adhérents. Ces éléments permettent d'évaluer les besoins prévisionnels pour la durée du marché, fixée à 48 mois. Celui-ci pourra toutefois être résilié par chacune des parties à chaque date anniversaire, moyennant l'envoi d'un préavis de trois mois par courrier recommandé.
