Het voorwerp van de opdracht is het verlenen van projectbegeleiding en studie- en ontwerpdiensten nodig om tot de realisatie van te komen van het doorstromingsalternatief als gekozen alternatief voor de doortrekking van de gewestweg N171 tussen de N177 en Eikenstraat in Rumst (fase 3).
