Met het project Waterkracht wenst water-link een nieuwe water-'grade', vanuit een alternatieve bron, aan te bieden aan de industriële klanten. Het project vertrekt voornamelijk van gezuiverd RWZI-water. Het project koelwater behelst 2 fasen: Fase 1: Bouw koelwaterfabriek Aanleg leidinginfrastructuur koelwater deel rechteroever Aanleg leidinginfrastructuur effluent Fase 2: Bouw uitbreiding koelwaterfabriek Aanleg leidinginfrastructuur koelwater deel linkeroever Het koelwaternet zal met GRE-leidingen (glass reinforced epoxy) aangelegd worden.
Deze raamovereenkomst omvat de GRE-leidingen en hulpstukken voor een gedeelte van het koelwaterleidingnet van fase 1. In fase 1 zal de GRE-leiding gebruikt worden als drinkwaterleiding. De inschrijver dient daarom een Belgaqua-certificering aan te leveren voor de aangeboden goederen.
Er wordt geleverd in de werfzone. De werfzone strekt zich uit op de Scheldelaan van de Liefkenshoektunnel tot aan de site van Ineos Project One (Scheldelaan 482, 2040 Antwerpen).
