Description
De aanbestedende overheid wenst via deze opdracht haar klanten (i.e. de bestellers) te ontzorgen op het vlak van groenbeheer. Van de opdrachtnemers wordt verwacht dat zij het groenbeheer duurzaam, ecologisch en kostenefficiënt invullen. Hierbij houden ze rekening met de specifieke wensen van de aanbestedende overheid, de bestellers, de noden en vereisten van het terrein en de esthetische vormgeving.
Er wordt tevens verwacht dat de opdrachtnemers maximale transparantie nastreven bij de opvolging van beheertaken en de verrekening van de hieraan verbonden kosten. De opdracht omvat alle prestaties die nodig zijn voor het uitvoeren van duurzaam en ecologisch groenbeheer van terreinen van de bestellers, waaronder o.a.:
- frequentie gestuurd en op afroep beheer van groenvoorzieningen
- frequentie gestuurd en op afroep beheer van verharding; en
- studie en advies.
