De uit te voeren diensten betreffen de opmaak van twee inrichtingsplannen voor de gebieden “Sint-Baafs-Vijve”(34 ha) en “Heuvelhoek” (53ha) binnen het project Seine-Schelde onder het luik rivierherstel Leie volgens een methodiek beschreven in de technische bepalingen : voor elk van de 2 deelgebieden wordt een analyse gemaakt van de bestaande toestand, een knelpuntanalyse, een optimaal natuurontwikkelingsscenario die moet leiden tot een inrichtingsvisie, een inrichtingsvoorstel met bijhorende inrichtingsmaatregelen en een daaraan gekoppelde kostenraming voor het uitvoeren van het definitief inrichtingsvoorstel.
