Description
De huidige website van de VREG werd gelanceerd in januari 2019. De website is opgebouwd in Drupal 7. De ondersteuning voor Drupal 7 stopt op 5 januari 2025 (end-of-life).
Daarom willen we een nieuwe website met een nieuw performant CMS-systeem. We willen de gebruikerservaring van die nieuwe website én het gebruiksgemak voor het beheer en onderhoud verbeteren. De implementatiefase van deze opdracht omvat het opzetten van de website.
Vervolgens is een onderhoudsfase voorzien. Onderstaande beschrijving van scope, functionele en IT-technische voorschriften worden in het bestek van de gunningsfase in meer detail beschreven en kunnen nog verder aangevuld of verduidelijkt worden. Voor een verdere toelichting van de opdracht, zie deel IV Technische voorschriften.
