Description
The main purpose of the study is to obtain support for the Commission in its supervisory tasks under the DSA, including its effective enforcement, and to provide relevant insights to support the Commission in preparing a report required under Article 35(2) of the DSA. With this study, the Commission is seeking support of suitable third-party contractors to support the analysis of compliance with Articles 34 and 35 DSA as well as to further the Commission’s understanding of systemic risks, their identification, analysis, and assessment, as well as proposed and implemented approaches to their mitigation, and of potential benchmarks and best practices, based on an objective, evidence-based, scientifically sound approach. This study should inform with scientific and technical and other relevant insights the Commission’s work on the first edition of a report on systemic risks and their mitigation, as referred to in Article 35(2) DSA.
