Dit bestek heeft als opdracht de inzameling aan huis van gft-afval op het grondgebied van Hooglede, Houthulst, Koekelare, Kortemark, Langemark-Poelkapelle, Lichtervelde, Moorslede, Roeselare, Staden, Torhout, Wingene en Zonnebeke. Deze inzameling dient tweewekelijks (optie wekelijks vanaf 2028) te worden uitgevoerd. Het gft-afval wordt door de inwoners aangeboden in draagemmers van 25±5 L, die door de opdrachtnemer manueel in de vrachtwagen worden geledigd.
