Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor diensten in de zin van art. 2, 21° van de Wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016. Met deze selectieleidraad nodigt de aanbesteder geïnteresseerde kandidaat-inschrijvers uit om een aanvraag tot deelneming in te dienen voor het drukken, stockeren en afhandelen/leveren van bestellingen van toeristische publicaties van Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw (raamovereenkomst).
- Druk publicaties / kaarten / affiches / brieven
- Print on demand en daaraan verbonden kleine layoutopdrachten
- Stockage en stockageopvolging
- Afhandelen en opvolgen bestellingen brochures (zowel van particulieren als ondernemers).
- Verzenden / leveren ( optioneel ook een afhaalpunt) bestellingen
- Verzenden brochures aan de hand van distributielijsten (waaronder een abonnement voor het toeristisch magazine Visit Vlaams-Brabant dat twee maal per jaar verschijnt
- 27.000 adressen)
- Uitbouw bestelshop met klantenbeheersyteem
- Facturatie, opvolging en administratie (terugkoppeling naar Toerisme Vlaams-Brabant vzw) Deze opdracht omvat twee percelen.
Het staat elke inschrijver vrij een offerte in te dienen voor één perceel of meerdere percelen. De provincie Vlaams-Brabant zal gunnen aan de economisch meest voordelige regelmatige offerte per perceel.
