LeefGoed werd op 01/07/2023 opgericht als woonmaatschappij en is een samensmelting van

- 1 koop- en ontleenmaatschappij Kleine Landeigendom Zuiderkempen en
- 2 sociale verhuurkantoren: SVK Zuiderkempen en SVK ISOM. LeefGoed telt ca 100 werknemers, die tewerkgesteld worden op 3 verschillende locaties in Westerlo, Geel en Herentals. Het werkingsgebied van de woonmaatschappij behelst 16 gemeenten. De ICT diensten van LeefGoed vormen nu één geheel en moeten als zodanig beheerd worden. De medewerkers moeten zo goed mogelijk ondersteund worden bij het gebruik van de infrastructuur. De infrastructuur dient up-to-date gehouden worden, ook qua documentatie. De oplijsting van de locaties is indicatief, niet limitatief. Indien in de nabije toekomst andere gemeenten onder de bevoegdheid van LeefGoed BV vallen, kan de opdracht met deze locaties uitgebreid worden.
