Description
Zorgpunt Waasland wenst een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor het leveren en beheren van verbruiksgoederen via een fijnmazige aanlevering op afdelingsniveau. De logistieke partner die hiervoor aangesteld zal worden, staat in voor het artikel- en stockbeheer van de verbruiksgoederen en voor de levering ervan. Het is de bedoeling dat de toekomstige logistieke partner in naam van Zorgpunt Waasland kan onderhandelen met zijn toeleveranciers van verbruiksgoederen.
Er zal enkel een contract bestaan tussen de toekomstige logistieke partner en Zorgpunt Waasland. De toekomstige logistieke partner zal in elke voorziening wekelijks of op maandbasis leveren al naargelang de vereiste periodiciteit van de afdeling/voorziening. De materialen worden door de logistieke partner per kar op afdelingsniveau gesorteerd in zijn bedrijf en geleverd op een vooraf afgesproken centrale afleverplaats in elke aangeduide voorziening van Zorgpunt Waasland.
Daarna worden de goederen door personeelsleden van Zorgpunt Waasland verdeeld over de afdelingsruimtes. De indeling en inrichting van de afdelingsruimtes dienen behouden te blijven. De verbruiksgoederen bestaan uit een vast assortiment dat altijd voorradig is bij de logistieke partner.
Alle artikelen kunnen per stuk besteld worden via een scansysteem verbonden aan een online platform. Er wordt een alternatief voorzien mocht een artikel niet voorradig zijn. De logistieke partner zal een bestel- en stockbeheersysteem garanderen dat aansluit bij het huidig gebruikte systeem binnen Zorgpunt Waasland en minstens even gebruiksvriendelijk is.
