De stad Antwerpen heeft een uitgebreide portefeuille aan civiele bouwwerken die in (gedeelde) eigendom en beheer zijn van de stad. Het betreft bruggen, wandel- en fietsbruggen, kaaimuren, luifels, tunnels, pontons, steigers, ruien en andere kunstwerken. De bedrijfseenheid Stadsontwikkeling is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van deze complexe infrastructuur.
Deze opdracht heeft betrekking op het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de periodieke reiniging van diverse civiele bouwwerken die eigendom zijn van en/of beheerd worden door de stad Antwerpen. Het doel van de opdracht is het waarborgen van de functionaliteit, veiligheid, duurzaamheid en esthetische kwaliteit van deze infrastructuur. De opdracht omvat enerzijds het periodiek reinigen, ontmossen en verwijderen van diverse vormen van vervuiling op civiele bouwwerken, infrastructuurelementen en brugdekvoegen.
Anderzijds omvat zij de systematische vaststelling en rapportering van vastgestelde schade aan structurele elementen, afwerkingslagen en beschermingslagen.
