Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la mise à disposition de personnel intérimaire répondant aux conditions prévues par les différentes Directions d’IDEA, et la gestion informatisée de celle-ci. Le présent accord-cadre se verra assigner un adjudicataire 1, éventuellement un adjudicataire 2 et éventuellement un adjudicataire 3, en fonction du classement de l’offre au regard des critères d’attribution de l’accord-cadre. L’adjudicateur fera appel prioritairement à l’adjudicataire 1.
En cas d’impossibilité pour ce dernier de fournir un candidat répondant aux besoins du pouvoir adjudicateur dans le respect des délais fixés par le présent cahier des charges l’adjudicateur s’adressera à l’adjudicataire 2, et le cas échéant, à l’adjudicataire 3.
