De onderhavige opdracht, met referentie 24/115-MK, voor leveringen in de zin van art. 2, 20° van de wet van 17 juni 2016, betreft een raamovereenkomst (zoals bedoeld in art. 2, 35°) over 10 jaar voor de levering, plaatsing, het indienststellen, de keuring en het onderhouden van polysomnografie(PSG)-systemen voor de afdeling Slaapcentrum / Pneumologie / Neurologie van het AZ Jan Palfijn Gent. Naast de aankoop van de toestellen en het onderhoudscontract ervan, omvat deze opdracht tevens de vereiste IT-matige koppelingen (EPD PrimUZ), de aankoop van toebehoren, verbruiksgoederen en disposables die nodig zijn bij de exploitatie van de toestellen, alsook een relevante (Nederlandstalige) opleiding aan de artsen, het medisch / verpleegkundig personeel en het technisch personeel.
