Het Instituut voor Tropische Geneeskunde is op zoek naar een softwaresysteem dat zowel als Elektronisch Labo Notaboek (ELN) en als Lab Information Management System (LIMS) gebruikt kan worden voor o.a. Biobank toepassingen. We zoeken één softwaresysteem waarin gepseudonimiseerde patiëntgegevens en bijhorende staalgegevens kunnen worden bijhouden.

Er moeten zowel gegevens over het collecteren van het staal, als experimentele data alsook de locatie waar het staal zich bevindt geregistreerd kunnen worden. Het staal en alles wat hiermee gebeurd is moet volledig getraceerd kunnen worden. De opdracht omvat de aanschaf en implementatie van het softwaresysteem (inclusief de migratie van historische en actuele gegevens uit ons huidige LIMS, inclusief alle reeds opgezette workflows en functionaliteiten naar dit nieuwe systeem), inclusief raamovereenkomst voor onderhoud, hosting, en licenties.
